Refund & Cancellation Policy

At EasyBiz360, we strive to provide high-quality services for your business incorporation and compliance needs. We understand that business plans can change; therefore, we have established the following refund policy to ensure transparency.
1. Cancellation of Services
If you wish to cancel an order for our services, you must notify us in writing via email at support@easybiz360.in. Cancellation requests are processed based on the stage of your service progress:
- Before Filing: If you cancel before we have initiated any filing with the MCA or other government authorities, we will provide a refund after deducting a processing fee of 20% of the total service amount.
- After Filing: Once an application (such as name reservation or incorporation) has been submitted to the government, no refunds will be provided, as the government fees and professional costs have already been incurred.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be entertained in the following cases:
- Government fees paid to the MCA or IP India registry are strictly non-refundable once the payment is made.
- Delays caused by government portals (MCA/IP India), system outages, or administrative processing times.
- If the user provides incorrect information or documents that lead to rejection by the authorities.
- Change of mind after the work has been completed or processed.
3. Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 7–10 business days. The funds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
